Your AI already knows everything. What it's missing is knowing you.
It connects to the tools you work in every day
is the memory your AI doesn't have
A system that lives on your own computer, holding your context — your people, your projects, your decisions and the reason you made them, the way you write — and that Claude reads before it answers you. Every time.
It isn't one more tool to learn. It's what stops the one you already use from being generic.
It solves the invisible work
What you do every day that shows up nowhere:
Wasting time looking for something you wrote yourself.
Remembering what you promised to whom, and when.
Reconstructing why you decided something six months ago.
None of that is your job It's the tax you pay for not having , and you pay it every day.
Everything you've tried was made by someone who doesn't know your work That's why you're still carrying it
We start the other way around: with what you need, because nobody knows your work better than you
The professionals who use are already shaping what comes next
We work one on one with each person. Each one chose what to solve, and we built it on their real work.

Who uses it today
What really changes
The same day, two ways to live it.
You walk out of a meeting
Half an hour writing up your notes. Or it gets pushed to later.
The commitments are already sorted out, with names and dates, and the follow-up is drafted.
You write an important email
You rewrite what it gave you so it sounds like you.
It comes out in your voice, with the tone you use with that person.
You're about to call a client
You skim emails and chats at the last minute, and they ask about the one thing you didn't get to.
You show up knowing where you left off, what didn't quite convince them and who else has a say.
Someone asks you about something from months ago
Digging through your inbox and rebuilding it from memory.
The decision shows up with its why: what was weighed and what was ruled out.
You close out the day
You head out with the feeling you forgot something.
Two minutes: what's still open, what you closed today and what's on for tomorrow.
You review your portfolio
You look after the three hot clients and the rest go cold without you noticing.
It tells you who you haven't written to in days and where you left off last time.
You put together a quote
You look for the last one you sent and copy prices from three files.
It goes out with current prices and the terms you had already discussed.
You're about to call a client
You skim emails and chats at the last minute, and they ask about the one thing you didn't get to.
You show up knowing where you left off, what didn't quite convince them and who else has a say.
A client holds you to what you offered
Your word against theirs.
It shows what you offered, in what words and when.
You close out the day
Follow-ups stay in your head.
Every follow-up has a date and the message ready for tomorrow.
You open Instagram
Dozens of messages and you can't tell who had already written to you.
You know who each prospect is, what they asked and where you left off.
You reply to a prospect
You give the same answers as always, from memory.
You reply with what you already know about that person, in your tone.
You create content
You start from a blank page.
You start from what your clients asked about most this week.
You follow up
The ones who didn't buy get lost in the chat.
It tells you who to write to today and what they were interested in.
You close out the day
Your follow-up lives in a notebook.
Every prospect has a next step.
You review your clients
Ten open conversations, all in your head.
You know what each client expects and what was left pending.
A client asks for a change
It gets lost between email and WhatsApp.
The change is recorded: who asked for it, when and for which delivery.
You prepare a proposal
You copy the last one and adapt it by hand.
You start with what you already know about the client and what worked before.
You present results
You pull numbers together from five places.
The report comes from what already happened this month.
You close out the day
You head out with the feeling you forgot something.
What you delivered, what's missing and what's next tomorrow.
Your first patient arrives
You flip through their file while you greet them.
You have at hand how they've progressed since the last appointment and what was left pending.
You finish an appointment
Your notes stay half-finished until the evening.
The note goes into their history, organized and never mixed up with another patient's.
A patient messages you on WhatsApp
You answer from memory between appointments.
You reply with their history in view and the tone you use with them.
You prepare a plan or a report
You build it from scratch every time.
It comes out in your format with that patient's data. You review it and sign it.
You close out the day
You keep wondering who you were supposed to call.
You know who has a check-up this week, who didn't confirm and which results are missing.
You open a case file
You reread everything to remember where it stands.
You see where the case stands, the latest filing and the next deadline.
You draft a filing
You start from an old template and adapt it by hand.
You start with your style, your templates and the facts of that case.
A client asks how their case is going
You have to check before you can answer them.
You reply with the latest news, in words they understand.
You need what was agreed in a meeting
You dig through emails and scattered notes.
What was agreed shows up, who was there and what was signed afterwards.
You review the week's deadlines
You depend on a calendar someone has to keep up to date.
You have every deadline with its case and what's left to meet it.
You start the week
You try to remember everything that was left open.
You have what was left open, with whom and since when.
You delegate something important
You end up doing it yourself, because explaining it takes longer.
You hand over the full context — what was decided, why and what was already tried — and they have the path forward.
You leave a board meeting
Half an hour writing up your notes. Or it gets pushed to later.
The commitments are already sorted out, with names and dates, and the follow-up is drafted.
You're asked to explain a decision from months ago
Digging through your inbox and rebuilding it from memory.
The decision shows up with its why: what was weighed and what was ruled out.
The monthly report is due
Two days pulling together what already exists.
It comes from what already happened this month: meetings, decisions and closed tasks.
You check the day's numbers
You copy data from one file to another before you can even read it.
You see what changed since yesterday and where each figure comes from.
You're asked for an analysis
You start by looking for the right version of the file.
You start with the assumptions you used last time and the reason for each one.
You go into a meeting with an investor
You go over everything on the way.
You show up with what was already discussed and what you said you'd send.
They ask why an expense was approved
You search for the email where it was authorized.
It shows who approved it, when and with what argument.
You close the month
The report gets put together by hand, again.
The report comes from what you already recorded. You review it.
You arrive on site
You find out what happened yesterday through WhatsApp, in bits and pieces.
You have what was left pending yesterday and what depends on each contractor.
A contractor disputes something
Your word against theirs.
You find where it was agreed, in what words and what got signed afterwards. In seconds.
You leave the site meeting
Nobody wrote down who was in charge of what.
Commitments come out with an owner and a date, and the minutes are drafted.
An invoice comes in
You check it by hand against what was ordered.
You know what was ordered, what arrived and what's missing, before you approve it.
You close out the day
The progress lives in the site manager's head.
The day's progress is recorded, with its to-dos for tomorrow.
You decide what to solve; we build it with you

Meet the team
behind
For years I measured my progress in hours worked, convinced it was the only way to grow, until I learned that what really matters isn't how much you work, but how you do it. That's how MindVault was born.
Founder / CEO
Oswaldo Santos
In my experience building artificial intelligence, I learned that the most valuable thing isn't always what it lets us do, but the time it gives us back. That idea became a fundamental part of what we've achieved with MindVault.
Co-Founder / CTO
Diego Coronel
A project is ten open conversations at once, and I used to keep them all in my head. Now MindVault keeps them for me. Less time remembering, more time designing.

Maintenance is optional
Once installed, is yours and runs on its own. With maintenance, it keeps getting better.
We ship new versions often, and they reach your computer on their own, with nothing to reinstall.
New capabilities
It does things it couldn't do before, like prepping you for a meeting with everything it already knows about that person, or having your follow-up ready the moment you hang up.
Better judgment
We fine-tune how it answers and what it keeps. For example, telling you which note each fact comes from, and admitting what it doesn't know instead of making up an answer.
Compatibility
Claude and the other tools update on their own. When something changes under the hood, we adjust so everything you've set up keeps working as it should.
You also get a written support channel for when something doesn't work the way you expected.
If you skip it, you lose nothing you already have: it keeps working and it's yours. You just stay on the version you have. Join or leave whenever you want.
- Tailored packagesIf there's something specific you want to solve in your work, we design it with you and guide you until it's up and running. Tell us what you need on the call.
- Moving to a new computer$250 + VAT. Free once a year if you have maintenance.
What everyone asks before deciding
Your question isn't here? Write to us on WhatsApp and we'll get back to you.
Do I need to know about technology?
No. It's designed precisely for people who don't. We install it; you write. You'll never see a line of code or open a terminal.
Does my stuff get uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything lives on your computer, in text files you can open with any program. We have no access. If we stop talking tomorrow, your stays with you, complete.
How much time does it take me a day?
We recommend ten minutes at the end of the day to close it properly: what happened, what's still open and what comes next. From there it works in direct proportion: the more you use it and the more you tell it, the better the answers you get back. It isn't a quota to meet — it's an investment that pays.
Is there anything else to pay for?
Required, only the Claude subscription, and you pay that straight to them. The only thing you might pay for is maintenance, and it's optional.
What happens if the technology changes?
Nothing. Your is text files, and text files don't depend on any brand: today Claude reads them, tomorrow whatever assistant exists reads them. What can go stale is the assistant, not your memory — that one is already yours.
Ready to build something of your own?
We set up a video call and show you how MindVault works for you in particular, with your job and the way you move.
No commitment.
